I like home made wine...in fact I make my own wine at home...it's food...a little finger millet...a little sorghum...a little maize, is all I need for my ingredients. You see...I can make fruit or cane or beet root based wines...

I've been given six demi-jons (not sure if that is how it is spelt) but I have no idea how to make wine and what other equipment I need. I want to give it a go this year and savour a tipple of homemade wine. Have you made wine...
