I think this is my favorite flavor, Butter Pecan, or maybe the Strawberries and Cream. I have found the vanilla is the worst tasting flavor though I still drink it.

Three weeks post amputation

Three weeks after my BKA amputation. 28 staples and 30 sutures; it's almost completely healed now.

I am worried about my health

Since I was diagnosed to be diabetic, my lifestyle was drastically changed. I had to do away with foods I like to eat, especially the sweet ones. Then, I have to avoid foods high in cholesterol and fat...this is the surest way to control my blood sugar level, and not be dependent on the medications I am taking right now.
