Well, our ac will get repaired tomorrow morning. I have it scheduled, and George knows that they'll be here between ten and two so we can be up in time.
I'm glad the part came so quickly and our ac can be repaired. It's great.

The ac guy was here and helped us out a lot. it was a quick and easy fix and now the house feels nice. A little hard to notice at first, but when you go outside and then come back in, it's painfully obvious. I'm thankful for...

Mom had become frustrated about me repairing the same batch of desk fans over and over again. So, I bought a new fan instead. Though she suggested two, I bought one since I will put it in my room.
I hope one day we get to clean...

Woke up early..8:01 am. Tom's work truck was in the shop, and ready to go. Had my breakfast and we started out about 10am. Drove out to the shop, and then had to meet him at the lot where the company parks their trucks..on the...

Today was a good day. It started early, as all my days do. Before I went to bed last night, I turned on the A/C. It was cool and comfortable when I got up this morning.
I'm thankful for the A/C today. I don't normally run it, but...

This is always a popular topic down here in the south. Especially once March hits and the weather creeps higher and higher by the hour it seems.
This past winter I can count on one hand how many times we had the heater on. Well...

Hubby kept telling me that he heard motors turning on and off.
I sat in the Florida room with him and heard it too. I said, "It sounds like the AC unit". Sure enough. The AC unit was turning on and off, on and off. Our AC...

After years of persisting with an initially good AC, but one which needed (often) costly repairs/servicing after that, we went for a new one.
The older one, which we negotiated in an exchange program was of Voltas brand. Not a bad...
