 | Red Bull | Red Bull is a popular carbonated energy drink sold by Red Bull GmbH. In 2006, more than 3 billion cans were sold in over 130 countries. Dietrich Mateschitz, an Austrian entrepreneur is the mastermind of the Red Bull Energy Drink. Mateschitz was the international marketing director for Blendax, a German toothpaste company, when he visited Thailand in 1982 and discovered that Krating Daeng helped to cure his jet lag. Between 1984 and 1987, Mateschitz worked with TC Pharmaceutical (a Blendax licensee) to adapt Krating Daeng for the European market. At the same time Mateschitz and Chaleo Yoovidhya founded Red Bull GmbH; each investing $500,000 of savings and taking a 49% stake in the new company. They gave the remaining 2% to Chaleo's son Chalerm, but it was agreed that Mateschitz would run the company. Red Bull GmbH launched the Red Bull in 1987, which is carbonated and not as sweet as Krating Daeng, the Thai energy drink. Red Bull entered its first foreign market (Hungary) in 1992, and the United States (via California) in 1997. Red Bull has taken almost half of the US market for energy drinks, and up to 80% of the market in some other countries. In 2006, Forbes Magazine listed Chaleo as being the 292nd richest person in the world with an estimated net worth of over $2.5 billion while Mateschitz was listed at number 317. | |

 | VERVE! A Healthy Energy Drink | Most people are skeptical of energy drinks because of all the bad stuff they read about them, and they are probably correct. Today most energy drinks are just packed with a lot of sugar and caffeine.
VERVE! Gives you a fresh and different kind of an energy drink. Yes VERVE! will give you that little boost of energy, but VERVE! also contains the same 12 essential vitamins and minerals as the liquid Vemma Nutritional Supplement, so VERVE! is an energy drink that actually gives you an added benefit.
I have a teenage daughter who wants to drink energy drinks and Starbucks coffee. I won't let her touch a Red Bull or some other kind of energy drink, but I will let her drink VERVE! because of the vitamins and minerals that it contains, and I drink VERVE! myself, and it doesn't give you that Crash and Burn like the other guys. If you would like more information, just let me know and I'll send it out to you or you can check out the details yourself by going to www.myverve.com/RJEBiz
At the website, just Click on the Tab "Inside VERVE" and then at the bottom Click on Supplement Facts and Comparison Chart. | |
