This is me in my before picture, as you can see my face and arms aren't too big and you may not be able to tell but my legs aren't too big, it's just my middle section, I'm what you'd call an apple figure, the centre part of me is round. And I'm solid too, none of the soft flabby fat, it's solid fat.. lol.. don't know if that's good or bad?
