Do you think drinking a lot of water helps weight loss?

How much water do you drink daily and have you noticed any effects? I read somewhere that the daily intake of liquids should be at least 2l, but I rarely manage that much. Do you?

weightlosschics I think having the daily recommended amount of water definetly helps your weight loss. I drink 64oz a day but I have heard the requirement has gone up. www.weightlosschics.com

DO you think that a smoking perosn will be more obese than a non-smoker. Do you think that somking dutring pregnacy may be linked to obesity in kids?? appreciate your comment or opinion.

weightlosschics I think food and smoking can both be addictions I think people that were once smokers could become obese due to have an addictive type personality. Meaning they are likely to trade one addiction for another. www.weightlosschics.com
