Christmas is just around the corner. What is your wish? Are you excited, just like me? I am not young but still I have this child-like feeling of being excited as November gets in because in a few more days it will be the Yuletide...

Amber I get excited thinking about how nice people are this time of year. I wish it were all year long, but in the meantime, I’ll just enjoy everyone’s joyful mood. I do love seeing everyone’s faces when they open the presents I got them though.

relcap23 That's true, once November steps in you can no longer keep track of the days and before you know it's Christmas. Excitement begins when the year end bonus is received and then comes the shopping spree for gifts and preparations for the parties.

As for me, I always feel excited when I am close to nature. One thing is for sure: I like the peaceful ambiance and being a bit away from the busy city. There are so many things to see, especially wild birds flying around.I hope I...

Is it only me or you also? I do have a phobia of snakes. I even can't stare at them. I have that "yaky" feeling about them. With all honesty, I want all snakes to die. I am an animal lover except for snakes. There was one time...

So heartbreaking to see a homeless veteran! They gave their lives so Americans could enjoy their lives. Hope Joe Biden will address this. I remember before Obama said that there would be no more homeless veterans. But did it...

Amber It is an empty promise to declare there will be no more homeless veterans, especially when we don’t know why they are homeless. Any homeless person is painful to see, but those who sacrificed are doubly hard to watch suffer.
