So, what gives you peace? The thought of knowing how good God is to us everyday or is it the joy of knowing that we have yet another day in the land of living, another opportunity to turn our lives around. Maybe peace comes when...

Some people like to inform others if they have decided to leave the site probably because they have been here a long time and made many friends so feel it's the right thing to do. Others prefer to slip away quietly without any...

I have been wondering whether most of you like to read long or short discussions. It's certainly very easy to read one that is just a few lines long but if a discussion is something I am interested in I'm happy to read a lengthy...

Linda Mansfield (Snowdrop) @Bluedoll The fact it pays is definitely an incentive. I believe when it stopped there was a mass exodus which says that although people say the money is not important it actually is. I am financially secure but I'm not going to turn a little extra down. I...

Linda Mansfield (Snowdrop) @Bluedoll Yeah that is how it is. I once worked in a supermarket where I was deemed to be a good worker and popular with the managers, It was a great time in my life as it seemed I could do no wrong. When I left I hardly got a goodbye and I was brought down...

Pardon me, for I do not wish to stir for a fight with church people, or those who profess to serve, their religiosity unquestioned, but here's Pope Francis, all in good humor, telling exactly what I am so disgusted about the...

eileenleyva @Bluedoll Oh no! Really? I do hope no one in my friends' list do that. How bad you must have felt when the gossip ensued. I have been a subject of gossip, too. Did hurt but what can I do? Anyway, I allowed the gossip mongers to have their thing, and...

There are four types of universal blood groups present in human beings. This is irrespective of color, sex, country, race, caste and creed! We must know our blood group so that we can receive or donate the blood in case of...

I often hear those who are unhappy with the way things have gone when the path becomes darkest. They blame the Father. They blame themselves. They wonder if only a different path had been taken long ago? There is no one to place...

anthony davis @Bluedoll I understand this to be true in many cases. People in a big city often become alienated when out of their familiar environment. The mall to some people is what the park is for others. It's a matter of conditioning.

Linda Mansfield (Snowdrop) @Bluedoll Yes I know what you mean. I had one yesterday that just said "Yes". I'm still unclear as to whether we earn for likes here. I'm sure JJ said we didn't but then a conflicting post said we did.

Yes, I think we can! My view is that it does depend on what the belief is. If it is about whether or not they should put real jam or artificial jam in jelly donuts then that is not the same as a stronger topic like for example a...
