Chanho There are many ways to cope with stress. For me I go to gym to do exercise. Besides, I go to the sea where I can relax without thinking any problem. It is also good to sleep much. I think watching comedy programs is also good to release your stress .

Chanho Stress comes from variety situations. No one can perfectly manage the stress. However it is important to handle it. It it suggested to have enough sleep and take rest. Also you may do exercise to release your stress.

Chanho When I am stressed, I go to a park nearby my house. Fresh air and large space make me peaceful. It is also good to go to the sea. More, I sometime meet my friends in cafe where I can talk about my stress. I think handling stress is important.
