i have been using gadgets like mobile phones and tablets to relief my stress but oftentimes they can add to my stress actually. as i become more busy learning how to use them and looking for more applications for them so i can maximize their use. so when i am stress i don't use them to relieve stress, i instead try to look for something that can relieve my stress. so i am looking for something that i can do or use from time to time whenever i feel stressed. for now i have not seen any activity or maybe a hobby that i can do to relieve my stress. something that would help me see life in a more lighter way and be more positive in life and enjoy the simple things in life.

The best stress reliever in my opinion in this case would be: leave the gadgets on the table and go out for a nice walk outside in the fresh air! You don't need to get stressed out from your mobile phone and tablet. If it makes you stressfull the only real thing to do is: leave it all behind, you will pick up your new messages when you return back home. Take a deep breath outside, enjoy the quiteness of the falling night, or an early morning hour. Simple step back and your stress will leave you right away.

There are many ways to reduce our stress. Enjoy and having fun with your family or friends is one way of reducing it. Also try new things that can make you happy and comfortable. Go to a certain place where you probably can rest and relax your body and mind.

using gadgets may not help us relive stress but it can also add up a stress for us. it can add up stress to us in the way that the thing inside the gadgets or the messages, videos and others might be stressful. meditation, getting enough sleep and relaxation can reduce stress.

For me, these are some of the stress relievers I may suggest. First you may call a friend have a chat over a cup of coffee. Have a walk along the beach or park, do some nature walk. Watch your favorite movies with your friends and make some homemade snacks prepared by you and your friends. Go to the arcade with friends and play some interactive games their. You could also talk with your family, they can help a lot.

You cannot escape stress but you can reduce it. Realizing that you can always have a way to minimize it. Eating nutritious and having enough sleep could be one. Reading articles, publications and other periodic to acquire additional information that could help you with your skills.

I agree. I'm not fun of gadgets, but I loved games. Whenever I am suffering from stress, I used to play online game for whole day. But it turned out that it's giving more stress when I loss. I am not used to accept my loss in competition yet, so it gave me a hard time until I realize that I can not win anything with playing the game over and over again even though I'm losing. I quit playing games and tried new hobbies such as cross stitch, exercising, and drawing. I think those from old days, when there were no tabs, smart phones and computers makes me more relief and comfortable.

Oftentimes gadgets don't relieve stress much. Even though you've learn to use its application. Why don't you try discovering something that might help you to relieve your stress. Maybe you could do hiking with friends or family to see the beauty of our nature.

Try keeping the balance in your life. As they say "the key to managing stress is in maintaining a balance, balance in all dimension of life". Since having a balance requires effort we need to try our best in achieving it. Exercise regularly helps in maintaining a balance life not only a healthy life. Having hobbies or joining some sports is also one way of having a balance. Keeping a healthy lifestyle also helps in having a balanced life and also in relieving stress. Learn to say No and stand up for your own rights without violating the rights of others. Learn more about your job and how to do it better. And lastly, meditate because meditation really helps.

Relieving stress is hard especially if you don't know how to handle them. Learn more about your stressors, this can help you dodge out of distress. Write down everything that makes you irritable or makes you stressed. Then reflect out of this information about yourself. Try having some fruitful activities like any kind of sport you yourself will enjoy.

Despite the stress that we feel we need to relax, take a deep breath and calm down. Solving stress in a peaceful place makes it easier for me to be relaxed. Participating in hobbies, sports, games, music, theater would also help. But don't over do it, it might add to your anxiety. Keeping a balance in your life is needed. Stay determined and good luck.

Spend more time with your family. Try to go out of town with your family for sure you will find it very relaxing. Or go to churches, malls, and parks with our friends. There are so many ways to scape from the burden of being stress out. If you think mobile phones and other gadgets contribute to your stress, may be it's about time to cross out gadgets from your list as your stress reliever. It is true that electronic gadgets can even add to our stress because of its features. Relieving stress that could help you enjoy is that you listen to music preferably classical music. If not, you can go to a dance class or yoga class; it will also help your physical strength. There are lots of things to do in reducing your stress. As long as you're enjoying and it is helping you, go for it.

For me, my stress reliever is listening to music. Good music really helps me forget my negative feelings. It keeps me calm down and relaxed. And also, in this way I can clear my mind and do whatever tasks that I should do. So I always prepare my playlist in my phone and listen to it every time I feel stressed.

I am also slow when I try to use new gadgets. It causes headache. So I do sports to release stress rather than using those gadgets. Also it is good to go on a trip.

Sometimes, I agree that gadgets is also considered a stressor. Where we need to be updated on this or on that kind of gadgets. But for me the best way to deal with stress is to involve physical, mental and emotional. Like involving ourselves in sports such as badminton, volleyball, swimming and others. It will help a person to lessen the stress he/she feels.
