DisCreteSS Paper, but I do use plastic as well.. they make great garbage liners, saves money on small garbage bags. Paper: because it's biodegradable. Plastic: only for garbage cans and to save money.

DisCreteSS I do not recall getting a flu shot in years. nor have I had one recently, but then again, I rarely get sick... so I'm not one to ask.

DisCreteSS Ever make a "Flip book" in school? Much in the same fassion, individual pictures called "Layers" in Adobe, can be combined to produce an animated GIF. There are other programs you can you as well, not just adobe.

DisCreteSS I am a very light drinker, normally on occassion. I believe it's how responsible the individual is that determines how abusive the substance is. (With obvious exception to drugs.)
