LCecelia That depends on how much work you want to do. :-) If you are like me and want a low maintenance garden, I would suggest that you "build" raised beds. I had to start from scratch because all that I had in my yard (front and back) were weeds and grass, with...

Have you ever gone to the wrong car in the parking lot thinking it was yours?

FranMc @FranMc (246) • United States 22 Mar 07

Were you ever sucessful enough to get into it and them realize it wasn't yours? I only got to the key in the door and it wouldn't open and that was enough for me! I was hoping noone saw me as I laughed all the way to my vehicle!...

margieanneart I was with my husband. I opened the door and sat inside the wrong car. It was exactly like ours inside and out. I was wondering why my husband did not get in. He was outside laughing. I asked him why he did not tell me, and he said he wanted to see how long it...

Do you add toppings to your yogurt, or do you buy it that way?

FranMc @FranMc (246) • United States 26 Mar 07

I love to buy vanilla yogurt and add fruit, or spices , or nuts, or raisens, sometimes even cereal. It makes a meal out of a little snack! What do you do to your yogurt? Let me know! Ebjoy, FranMc peace

cutepenguin I buy flavoured yoghurts (I don't really like plain yoghurt or vanilla yoghurt) and then I add things like granola and cut up berries. It's very simple.

serenidity I usually buy plain yogurt and turn it into kind of a side dish during dinner time by adding something or the other to it. Sometimes I add boiled potatoes diced, salt and peppers, at times banana sliced and sugar and dryfruits, if there's some salad like onion...

What is the purpose of a tag anyway?

FranMc @FranMc (246) • United States 13 Mar 07

I don't seem to get this part of a post. You type up a discussion and then you have to tag it. Can anyone tell me what I am missing here? Did I skim over that fact when going throught the learning process? Please let me know,...

paidreader Hi FranMc. You've gotten some good responses so far, but I wanted to point out that "tags" is actually short for metatags. Metatags are also used by the search engines to find relevant results for any of your searches. If you're curious, do a "web" search...

bluebird1956 lol I have it on 8 track...I just can't find it on anything else. That's the reason I won't part with my 8 tracks. They have some good songs that you can't get elsewhere.

bluebird1956 I use freecycly as well. Right now, we are downsizing because the house has just become too big for me to handle. I wanted to give much of our stuff away but, since we live in the country, people feel it is too far to drive. I am horribly disappointed by that....

Lil Bit aka Royal Mom Hey! I not only remember the LP's, I still have a few. I have 33's and 45's. I sold all of my 8-tracks. I still have a good collection of cassette tapes. I really don't have too many CD's but my children have a lot of them. Does this mean I am old??

fpd1955 Definitely remember them. I played mine so much they all wore out. I replaced them, first with cassettes and then with CD's. I would be a rich woman if I saved all the money I have spent on music. It is one of my loves in life. Can't imagine not being able to...
