I have noticed that when i mylot i get hungry really fast. I just finish my meal and i find myself eating breads or cakes an hour later. This is unusual. Do you experience the same?

GB I don't find that myLot specifically makes me hungry, but if I have breakfast then I want to pick at food all day. I am currently on a low-carb diet, which when it is working well is great because I never feel hungry.
