Some issues are so difficult that you just cant stop thinking about them. You don't know where you will end up if you don't think about them and sometimes, you just have to be sure you have done your best and your best is enough...

Hemant You can do any work or can got busy in talk to someone, it's helps , but while lying on bed its very hard to remove the thoughts, all we can try is , making all thoughts clear anyhow by imagining a clear white image inside the mind.

Hemant Yeah I buy books , I more comfortable reading from hard copy instead of a digital copy, also focus reduces while reading a soft copy , I feels that , I am able to concentrate and visualize more while reading physical books, also information remain for longer...
