I hate that I can't turn off a movie once I get started. I am watching "The Cleaning Lady" and it is really awful. But I have to see what happens. Sometimes I have to see what the writer decided to do as far as the storyline....

LindaOH I did that with a couple of movies this week; and I'm sorry I stuck it out. As you said, that's time I'll. never get back. Have a good week.

celticeagle I think that is the major draw to many of these shows. People identify so well with the characters.

MARILYN I used to waste time watching a movie that I didn't like but now I just turn it off. I used to do the same thing with a book and felt obligated to finish once I started but now I just put it aside and start something else.

Amber They totally changed the plot when they made it a TV show. I didn't watch it, but when it first came out I read a long article about it. The cast included Oliver Hudson, Goldie Hawn's son, and I always thought he was so handsome.

Ruby Hawk If I get curious about a book or movie I have to see it to the end and I do hate it when the writer just stops and doesn’t actually tell what happened.
