lux in solo queue

does anyone have some experience with lux on soloq? im lvl 20 actually and i want to buy and learn some AP carry.. is lux worth it? or should I try brand.. malzahar or somethin?

Hooch12 I have this ball called the Dynaflex and it creates torque with a gyroscope when you spin it. I think you can do some finger exercises with it, but I don't know if it will get rid of fat.
