Jenry Mae Dimayuga You mentioned you had 5 cups.. you can try to alternate coffee then tea after.. 3 cups of coffee and 2 cups of tea i guess for the 1st week until your body absorb the changes. Then follow up on 2cups of coffee then 3 cup of tea then so on. Hope that helps

Jenry Mae Dimayuga 30mins walk daily or 5 times a week is a good start. Intermitent diet works for me as well. This is the only stuff that im doing at the moment since im working fulltime and does not have much time for a gym tbh.
