My work performance

Good morning. It's already 5:03am here of Friday. End of my night work shift as a customer service representative of an online shopping site for fashion dress and shoes.
Just wanted to share to you my work performance.
For this 3rd week performance since August 15th, it started not good.
Monday (Aug15) with QA of 88.57 and 3 detractors and no promoter and I assisted only with 24 customers.
Then on Tuesday (Aug16) bouncing back with QA of 100 and 2 promoters without detractors. Although, I assisted only 25 customers.
Then, Wednesday (Aug17) bounce back again with 2 promoters again without detractor assisted 26 customers.
And Thursday (Aug18) although I have 1 detractor but the good news I still have 2 promoters with QA of 100 and assisted a total of 38 customers.
Although, not this good for now, however, working into it with a total 30 surveys scoring +37 from August 1 to August 18. Our passing score should be +50 or higher.
Looking forward for Friday goal not to earn a detractor instead.

Hoping youll get more survey returns. Detractor will mess a lot of your total csat numbers if you only have few promoters. Great job on a QA score!

Yes. Based on our counting, for every 2 promoters, that will be an equivalent of 1 detractor only. So, in my case for this week, I have 4 detractors, in that case I should earn at least 8 promoters to bounce back. For now, I only have 6 promoters. I'll be needing 2 more promoters. @Itsmejenry23

I would consider those good scores, considering how many people total you helped. I don't see anything wrong with averages like that.

@luisga814 In online business processing outsourcing it may not be enough but in any physical store in the US, those are excellent marks... I know because I did the same type of job for 14 years here.

@gtdoss promoters and detractors are customer survey after I've assisted them in the chat. If they satisfied with the service I did. Although, the questioning in the survey is all about the assistance of the agent, however in their comment, they include the process of the company. That makes a detractor.
