Who is ready for the winter?

Jannifer Porche @Jannifer (41) 10 Oct 16

Living in Louisiana is no joke when it comes to heat-humidity. When it gets hot, it gets HOT! As for as the winter, here in Louisiana, is like Spring time in most states.

Judy890 I am I love winter, winter in nyc is basically like when you open your freezer but I love it because I hate hot weather. I don't like sweating. Summer makes me feel so lazy.

Four Walls I have friends near Alexandria, and they say there are four seasons in Louisiana: hot and humid, super hot and humid, really dang hot and humid, and February 6-17.

Judy Evans I guess surfers will be surfers and will go wherever the waves are. This seems very foolhardy however. I'm glad you had enough sense to decline her invitation.

Judy Evans @moffittjc She sounds a lot of fun. Don't forget you're both getting older though. Our news showed someone going for a swim when the storms were on and the comment was 'some people never learn'.
