Kazashmaza Another problem is that I am celiac and fructose intolerant so it limits what I can eat, cuts out dressings, a lot of salad veggies, fruits, breads and so forth. but thank you for your advice, I will have a look at recipes on the net

Kazashmaza the hypnosis is not actually about taking the weight off itself. it's more about giving you the mindset and motivation to actually go and make the right choices, to get off your butt and exercise and take the weight off youself.

Kazashmaza I don't agree with that comment at all! If it was very difficult to get guns because they were illegal and therefore not sold in the US and customs was well secured, a student would not be able to get a gun. The majority of the school shooting cases, the kids...

Kazashmaza You just put a small amount of lemon juice, palm syrup and maple syrup. I put about a teaspoon of each into a glass of water. you can put a little more especially of the lemon juice if you like.
