Falling asleep at nights have always been an issue for me.....I dont know why but it's so hard sometimes . I can stay up whole night up until 6 in the morning, that's how bad it is. I tried sleeping pills once but it didn't work....

DE @Kimbo3 There are certain YouTubers I like to watch that I watch their videos over and over again. They have soothing voices, so I turn on one of those and close my eyes. I turn the volume down so they are just a murmur in my ears and fall asleep. It sounds...

simplyme I usually always check on my facebook page and see many videos there or I listen to soft music until I feel to sleep.

Mr.Yang I think you may recollect what you went through during daytime,does anything excited you or upset you.if you emotion waved a lot during the day,it will affect your sleep.when you are sleepless,you may try a music player,try sleeping with music

Rashna Gandhi I recommend do some sort of physical activity that will help you to get good sleep at night. Stay away from any gadgets while you going to sleep. Have a good day. Take care

DE I usually read a book or watch a video online to help me fall asleep. But I'm a night person. I prefer to be awake at night and sleep during the day. I hope you figure out a way to get the sleep you need.

pumpkinjam I do. I can get really tired, and even fall asleep on the sofa, but I am always awake for a few hours once I go to bed. Sometimes, I'll just play a game, read, or do some puzzles for a little while. If it's pain that's keeping me awake, I'll take a pain killer...
