How can I get rid this dandruffs on my scalp? My shampoo and conditioner is sunslik, I changed it into head and shouder and creamsilk but still my dandruffs is still here. It is itchy. I am rinsing it well. can you help me?

Ladycwells Look for something with alot of Zinc in it. Zinc is the key. Head and Shoulders may have some but you need a higher concentration. Google a good brand. Also baby oil is good in between shampooing.

I just finished reading this book. It is a christian book by T.D.Jakes. It was really good and insightful. It is about getting honest with God and being transparent before him. Really good read. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Ladycwells I watched this last week at the dollar theatre and I was suprised by how much I enjoyed it. I would love to see it again, just so I can fit the pieces together as the movie goes along (having seen it once). I really loved it.
