Kareng @MommyOfEli2013 Fat in moderation is fine. Your body needs fat too. If you buy good cuts of meat, you don't have to worry about it. The fats actually adds to the flavor.

Marie Coyle @MommyOfEli2013 I can't justify the expense of steak and pricey cuts. If I did, I wouldn't be able to get the other things we need to cook and eat. I can make pretty much any type of meat or poultry taste good and I cook a lot, steak is just not on our table...
