Keeping it simple tonight.
I had some chicken leg quarters in the freezer so I took those out and thawed them. I cut them into thighs and legs.
They are now parboiling for about 10 or 12 minutes.
I will throw these bad boys on...

Absolutely nothing going on this weekend. I have a couple of little projects I can work on. I haven't started reading "11/22/63" yet. I'm looking forward to starting that.
