Nate Yeah that was my breakfast, in the picture. I've started liking cooking bacon and then cooking the spinach in the grease, for breakfast. It's typically what I have for breakfast, though lately I've been trying to take it easy on the bacon.

I heated up leftover meatloaf and put it in a sandwich for lunch. I used three seed sour dough bread and mayonnaise. Still out of chips so ate some popcorn in a pickle with it. The popcorn is really good, tastes like pickles....

Nate Yes and it really was tasty. The ginger gave it a kick that I really liked. The combination of shrimp and couscous is really good too.

I didn't make them, they were frozen, from Trader Joe's. Anyway they were good, but it wasn't enough food. I was hungry and tired most of the day. Next time I'll bring more food to work.

Nate I don't know how to make them, but they are a sort of corn bread or cake with a meat filling. And of course, flavored and spiced. They are very good.

Nate I always think of his alter ego too. I saw him in a Disney movie awhile back and also in a music video and I think he's made some appearances on TV shows.
