I just had my dinner. My wife Made me fried enoki. The taste is awesome. I enjoy it so much. Don't forget mashed Chili. It is really hot. Fried enoki is much better in taste than i expect. Sorry i fail to upload the picture....

rsa101 It's great that you started a healthy routine in your day. I wish I could do the same, but I'm just too lazy. Instead, I have a treadmill at home and get my exercise by walking on it.

It is young unripe breadfruit. It grows not far from my workplace. The size is a tennis ball size. It can grow bigger as big as human head. When it is small like this it is cooked as vegetable. When it is big it is for Snack.
