PhilipGeorge Why should pedestrians or bystanders indulge in rescue operations, then what is the use of rescue workers and Police, fireforce etc. Why should someone take photos rather than rescue a victim?

PhilipGeorge There is a huge difference, when a journalist shoots a picture , he doesn't spread the picture immediately through social media. After editing only the picture gets published. And the editor is responsible person for publishing such a pic.
