WumpyPPancakes This is what I've done for chest phlegm problems: 1) I've Robitussin M.D. The kind with the active ingredient Guaifenesin. Don't get the one with the cough suppressant...in this case, it doesn't do any good...and you are going to cough. Make you take it...
