Zlistal I reckon they look pretyty cool, in the past ten years or so I've worked it out at just over 50 piercings. The only problem I have with the guy in the picture is his bridge piercing. it's wonky!

Zlistal You should either use a ring, I found small earings look the best, a labrette stud cos the back of them are flat, or you could use the noraml nose studs, which personally I cant stand
