My almost 3 mo old daughter is sleeping 7-8 hr stretches at night, should i wake her up to change her diaper or just let her sleep? if i just let her sleep will it cause diaper rash? my son didn't sleep

aidansmom25 I would let her sleep and just make sure to change her diaper before she goes down for the night. This way her diaper is fresh and clean starting out. She shouldn't get a rash unless she has really sensitive skin.
