Last noon I was taking a nap, somebody knocked my door, and it was the notice server from the court. He said here is a notice from the court; you have not paid the loan that you took, so bank has filed a suit in your name....

alexxxyz This reminds me of the incident that happened a few months ago when bank of america accidentally foreclosed a house thinking it was the wrong person though they people had tried several times to contact the bank. When the family came home everything was gone...
