DO you take multivitamin supplements?

I've always taken them religeously (daily), where as my sister takes them once or twice a week, and she's gotten sick [caught cold, fevers, flus, etc] considerable more than me. What do you think?

boboy_501 vitamins are very essential nowadays most specially to people who are very busy in thier work. I also take vitamins i can't always eat a balance diet that's why i take vitamins.

for me the strongest is the Bk.. because of its defense and the combo skill... DL is also strong but if u have a wrong build it will be disaster. but a DL with a high HP... he will be a good switch holder...

I like cd roms because i have been using them from a very long time and i like to keep them in order. But in dvds all the data is in one dvd and there is no fun and by chance if the dvd gets lost all the data is lost.
