csstaci If it's a chain motel, I would go up the chain as high as you possibly can. If you live in the US, file a claim with the BBB.

csstaci We get some super rude people on occasion as well. It sucks, lol. I would be offended, but of course, sometimes people are just rude - chalk it up to her being grouchy, and know you were polite!

csstaci I've actually heard some good things about someone of the book swapping sites. I've never done it myself, but it's crossed my mind as I go through books like water. However, my library is a bit closer :D
