Obama: We can absorb a terrorist attack....

iowachap @iowachap (100) • United States 22 Sep 10

It amazes me how insensitive our President is to the American people, yet he is overly sensitive to the world. a recently released book by Bob Woodward quotes President Obama saying "We can absorb a terroist attack, we'll do...

dboman This is a bit of Modus Operandi for the far left. Insensitivity to the problems of Americans and hypersensitivity to people of different walks of life, essentially people and cultures they don't know. I think it involves the victim complex. People who...

Black Woman to Obama: ‘I’m Exhausted of Defending You

whiteheather39 @whiteheather39 (24403) • United States 21 Sep 10

On Saturday Obama pleaded at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Phoenix Awards Dinner that Black lawmakers must rally voters back home. I think the lady in the link will NOT be one of the blacks he wants to go out and...

Bush tax cuts were only for the RICH

bobmnu @bobmnu (8157) • United States 22 Sep 10

When President Bush first proposed the tax cuts the Democrats pointed out that only the Rich would benefit and that the poor would be paying more in taxes. This tax revision would only hurt the poor and reduce their standard of...

dboman It's funny how things change when the facts are out there for everyone to see, isn't it? For years, we heard that Bush's tax cuts only helped the rich and we argued in vain that they helped everyone. Now, the issue of extending them comes up and the same...

Here comes the Amnesty

laglen @laglen (19759) • United States 15 Sep 10

Senate Majority Leader Reid is adding amnesty to the upcoming defense bill. Amnesty for students or young people that join the military. He is not sure if he has the votes. He is adding the repealing of "dont ask dont tell"....

dboman This is a campaign stunt. He and everyone else know that any bill that includes amnesty WILL NOT pass. I would agree with giving citizenship to those who fight in our military, but the problem is that there will be people joining the military with no desire to...

Main stream media donates 88% to Obama and Democrats

Good sign your news is biased. This is most significant since last week it was reported that Murdoch donated $1 million to the republican Governors Association. People in glass houses should not throw...

dboman Laglen, it's not OK for rich conservatives to donate to campaigns...but if our "unbiased" media donates to candidates...it is. You've GOT to start learning these rules. As mater said above, the Left believes that their opinions are fact, and so it's ok for...

Do you purchase Organic Goods?

laglen @laglen (19759) • United States 15 Aug 10

Whether food or other products, do you purchase organic? Why or why not? What makes a product organic in your opinion?

7 responses

dboman I don't purchase organic because I'm not 100% sure the benefits outweigh the cost. In my opinion, the only thing that makes a product organic is if it is completely natural, was killed (or harvested) humanely, and is blessed by Al Gore himself.
