What do you do to get rid of stress?

Dianne Gray @ncwdianne (87) 19 Apr 17

When I feel stressed I start to write lists. I also put aside 10 minutes a day for meditation to de-stress. It really works.

Barbara Radisavlejvic One of the most amazing spots to see waterfalls is Plitvica, a national park in Croatia full of lakes and waterfalls. My husband took me to see it and we had almost the entire park to ourselves. It was a weekday.
