dredinethis it all start in the mind then words then later you can no longer help yourself...just be honest with yourself you know what to do and what's best for you, you don't even have to ask for advises..if you really like her go ahead you might regret it later ;)

dredinethis it was really fraustrating after making a year of consistently hitting my target sales quotas, i resigned coz my boss didn't approve my promotion... some of my performance incentives was evn denied since we changed our management...i wish i never workd with...
