A law was just passed here that banned teens from talking on the cell phone and driving at the same time. Is this fair? Should adults be banned from using cell phones while driving, too? What are the laws where you live? What...

countrylady28 Our state has banned cell phone use while driving. You can use the wireless head set things, but you can't actually hold the phone up to your ear. In my opinion, teens have a hard enough time driving without cell phones. My friend's 18 year old just had...

Do you think a person's drink says something about their personality? For example, when I was a waitress, I would try to guess what the person would drink. It seemed that younger girls usually ordered beachy drinks. I spend a lot...

lordwarwizard Do what you suggested. You are paying your rent so your landlord is obliged to sort out such problems with you. So approach your landlord and ask him to suggest diplomatically to your number for some smell-free fertilizers to be used instead. I assume...

lacurandera Nothing needs fertilized that often, especially with manure. They are lowering the pH of the soil by applying manure that often. When it decomposes, it takes nitrogen (that the plants need) from the soil in order to decay. I've seen lots of people kill plants...

klystron635 It is hard to have a dispute on your neighbor. But I guess you should talk to your landlord. Let him/her talk to your neighbor. You said that you are new and I don't think your neighbor will listen to you because after all you are a newbie in their place. But...

miejanne I dunno how it's there, but we sure pay taxes for everything and if it's alcohol or tobacco, you'll be paying some more! I think alcohol should be taxed, because it causes so much trouble. Our taxing depends on volume of the alcohol in the drink, so beer has...

Zo0mZo0m There is absolutely no reason that they have to use manure that often. If they want to use manure that often they should use a manure that's odorless. Yes I would complain to my manager because you pay rent to live in peace. Your neighbors need to respect the...
