fantomax5 hello, I am Italian. I you council to go to visit Naples, Florence and Rome. these cities have many monuments and are beautifulst to visit. other council: if you go to Florence, eats the "bistecca alla fiorentina"! I hope to you it are useful!

I bought a new WD Sata HDD and it works great. Except for one thing: if I download with let's say DC++ a folder with some files in it e.g. mp3's, and later I decide to delete it, the files are being deleted without problems but...

fantomax5 when you want to delete this folder, dc++ is open? if dc++ is close, try this software: unlocker (find with google). It's a very good program!

As I have observed here in our internet cafe, some of our Hard disk have been replaced recently. I don't know what happen to it. But I have suspicion that it might be the reformatting.

fantomax5 I think that the reformat is necessary when your pc has software problems (virus that destroy system files or driver that be cause problems). It is very important the defragmentation for life of the hdd. I defragment my hdds every 2 weeks.

fantomax5 windows xp 64 bit edition isn't a good os... it has many incompatibility problem with software and driver. the 32 bit version is better. at the moment if you want a 64 bit os, you can try a live cd of linux or buy windows vista 64bit...
