Recently I was told I needed to detox so as much as dislike this process I have begun if you detox what is your preferd method?

flowerpeople I do juice fasting alot where you juice everything fruits and veggies to let your body rest I really like this method and of course water water water

flowerpeople Definatly fasting lets your body detox I have never done a chemical detox so I agree with you I have done Ion cleansing and steam baths Sweating out the toxins and occasionaly also us chinese herbs Thanks for the response

How old do you think you are When old age sets in. I know it varies and is not as soon as it used to be. But as a care giver When should you consider moving a loved one to a home or assisted living Center.

flowerpeople Thanks I agree. Nursing homes are just so unpleasant. Sometimes when their minds get so bad for one reason or another it is the only choice but always hard and unpleasant. Also simply because they are in a facility you can never trust that they are cared for...

flowerpeople I Still buy the coloring books all kinds and lots of crayons and paints. They are very good when stress is just to high and my grand daughter is becoming quit and artist. We didn't get blue book until college.
