That doesn't sound very good now does it? Those two statements could be translated in several ways. I guess it depends on where your mind leads you. Let me set the record straight. My plan was to bake a cake and I put it in the...

While you are busy writing out Christmas cards and mailing them to friends and family, have you ever thought about how this custom started? It wasn't invented by an American, but by Sir Henry Cole in 1843 in the United Kingdom....

I guess I didn't want to fall inline with all the 'Happy Thanksgiving' discussions and since I color outside the lines I thought I would continue to be different. I'm skipping right over Turkey Day, Christmas Day, New Year's...

Boingboing @gaylesglimpses Let's be honest. Pain or no pain, it's a fast track to losing weight and for many it will seem like an 'easy' way to put years of bad eating habits behind them. I will be interested in (say) 10 years time to see how many people have managed to...

rakski @gaylesglimpses I read about it before and I saw some reality tv shows before that use bariatric surgery in an extremely obese guy. I know that he weigh less after a few months after surgery but still you have to back it up with exercise and diet.
