I know some people who are particular of how their groceries go in the bag. For myself I don't care, jsut as long as they don't get smushed, like say my tomatoes ontop of a jug of juice. I went to the store for veggies, now I...

I am planning on having a garage sale soon. I have way too much stuff so I'm hoping to get rid of at least half for room and extra money! I asked my dad and some friends if I can make cup cakes or something to sell as well for...

gigi10466 I think that's a great idea, especially since you are making them. I think it will help boost the garage sale. It will probably entice people to buy more of the garage sale items. Some of the garage sales I've been to have had some type of food and beverage...

gigi10466 When I feel alone, I do what makes me feel happy. Most of the time I read. I absolutely love reading. Other times I listen to music, go for a walk, cook/bake, or clean (cleaning gives me a chance to think and put things in perspective). Being alone is not...

gigi10466 I used to live in South Carolina and there were some stores that gave you a discount on your purchase if you brought in your own bags, even if the bags came from their competition. A bag tax is just crazy, you are being penalized for helping the environment?...

I have spent hours going through my personal stuff and found all the love letters from the very first one in 1967 that my late husband sent to me. The problem is that some of them are sort of lovey dovey and I am not sure whether...

gigi10466 I think its a beautiful thing that you still have those letters. I know he is still in your heart but its nice to have physical reminders. Depending on the subject matter you should give them to the kids, like you said it shows a side of their father they...

When the year began, I weighed myself and was surprise that I weighed around 131 lbs from my usual 124 lbs. I blamed it on my binge eating during the Christmas and New year holidays. So I decided, to read in the internet south...

During office break, me and my friends talked about prenuptial agreements. I told them about a woman who was not allowed by her family to marry her love unless the guy signs a prenuptial agreement that he will not meddle in any of...

gigi10466 In some situations I think its appropriate to have a prenup. It protects either/both parties. You can come into the relationship with money (that you worked for or inherited) and want to protect it. I do not feel its fair to have to share money that you had...

gigi10466 I feel that this can be looked at as "beauty in the eye of the beholder". Money can not buy you happiness but it can buy the things that make you happy. I love to read and I am starting my own library. By working, I earn money that I used to buy books. As far...
