i want to get into better shape, but don't have much time. what is the most effective workout i can do in the least amount of time? i am just looking for something that will be an all-over toning excercises... but hopefully a half...

gobiyuma oh i've heard that rock climbing is a great workout, i never would have thought of that though... unfortunately there isn't anywhere like that around here but i wish there was!

how far back can you remember? what are your earliest memories? I can remember many moments from kindergarden and a few before that but not too many... so that's about age 4, just curious if anyone can remember anything farther...

gobiyuma that is a lot of dreams all in one ha ha... i actually used to have dreams when i was a child that i was falling... no matter how my dream started it ended that i was falling... down, down and if i landed on something it would fall through and i would keep...

gobiyuma a lot of times i don't remember my dreams... i will remember them when i first wake up and they are so weird, then by the time i try to tell someone about it i am already starting to forget what made me think it was so weird!

are these just words that we say the day we are married .if so why do we say them? marriage is not like it used to be years ago...why?

gobiyuma thank you so much! :) and just for the sake of saying that couples do still honor thier vows... my grandparents have been married over 60 years and my parents for almost 30... so it is possible to stay together even in todays world
