heatedwazn Is your xbox under warranty? If it is opening the case to clean the insides will void that warranty. So I would not suggest opening the case yourself unless you know what your doing or you have no other options.

heatedwazn That is most likely a scratched disk. Is it only on one game or does it happen on all of them? If it is happening on all of your games it is possible that it is over heating which means you either need to clean out the back where the fan is or put it in a...
