This is awkward....

cyberfluf @cyberfluf (4996) • Netherlands 14 Dec 06

I really don't get this, I had 801 points and I'm set back to 773 points! Don't get me wrong, I know why this happens; it's because of posts that do not add anything to the discussion and that are to short. Problem is; I hardly...

sweetpea_216 I feel it is unfair to penalize both parties. I think if it is a good topic that the person has made, then award the points to those that have positively participated in the discussion. My points keep going up and down. So as long as it stays in the 800's I'm...

JC1969 The reason you are losing points may have to do with the fact that you responded to a discussion from a person that may have had their account deleted for different reasons like: too many silly posts, stolen copyrighted or plagiarized topics. I know anytime I...

Pet Euthanasia.....Can you do it?

gifana @gifana (4833) • Portugal 16 Nov 06

I was just out walking my friends toy poodle who is 16 years old, almost blind, losing his balance, and stumbling. He is my friend's first and only pet she has ever had and being single treats him like a child. I have often said...

gifana That was exactly one of the reasons I started this discussion. However, for some it has meant bringing back sad memories. Fortunately, in my case, the decisions is not mine to make because Kyko is not my pet. I had brought up the idea on many occasions with...

Pigglies I have had to make this hard decision several times unfortunately. The hard thing with terminal illnesses and with old age, is that these pets can have good days and bad days. It's hard to know when to end it sometimes. I've found I tend to feel much more...

Watching Movies In Theaters

marief2rnurse @marief2rnurse (2704) • United States 29 Jan 07

Can you watch alone? Or do you prefer to watch with friends? It really annoys me when people talk with their friends while watching a movie so I prefer to go alone. And I watch movies often, at least 1x a week.

Do you like to write poetry? Have you ever had a poem published? I had one of my poems published in a local coffeehouse book, and some others in a community project book that came out when I lived in Los Angeles. I haven't...

Do you tip for pizza delivery??

Jshean20 @Jshean20 (14347) • Canada 2 Dec 06

Well do ya? Do you stick to the "15% tipping rule" for delivery too or is that just for restaurants?? How much would you usually tip for having your pizza delivered?

fotychic I tip a couple of dollars. I really hate the whole tipping rule thing though. Service people are already getting paid for what they do, and yet you are expected to pay them more? Plus, you have already paid for whatever service you are supposed to be...

4monsters4me We ordered pizza last night from Papa John's. I don't know if my husband left a tip. I usually leave $2.50 for a $30 order (we order and pay online). When we lived in Chicago we ordered from a local place and always left the change as a tip (usually a few...

princess07031980 I used to be a pizza delivery girl. This was a few years back-in 2001 and 2002. Some people never tipped. Ever. It seems the standard was about 2 or 3 dollars. Never a percentage thoug, as a standard such as when leaving a tip for a waitress.
