jhoannapena Hi, I think as a wife and mother I am content. I guess it is human nature to push ourselves further to do better in our lives. I think as long as we know our limitations, there is nothing wrong in pushing ourselves for our betterment.

jhoannapena You know I have that same feeling wanting to take some pills too alleviate the sleeplessness. Of course, I resist because sleeping pills can be addictive. Multi vitamins are good because they do help us a lot.
