jmana02 I haven't seen yet but the schools are required to serve healthier foods for all the students and even teachers. In order them to have a good body condition and to get more attentive to class and have a healthier mind to answer questions during examinations....

jmana02 No eating dinner? Its okay to loose weight but you have to be careful on doing it..You should start by lessen you food intake but don't eat nothing at all...slowly but surely.

jmana02 A true friend is very rare..Its hard to find. Someone that you can lean on in you ups and downs. Some who will not tolerate your wrong doings and will guide you at the right path. I have lots of friend but true friends are few.
