ayeeesha No. But according to my dad, PAG-IBIG is cheaper compared to financial institutions. But you have to make a certain contribution first for a number of years before you can actually make a loan. I'm not sure though :)

ayeeesha Of course you can. It just means you have to work harder :) There are a lot of sites where you can earn additional income so maybe, you can utilize those sites :) Try PSBank, they have the lowest rates for housing loans compared to other banks :)

ihopper I think that it would be better to invest in a house first. I say this because it is personally much heavier to pay off than a car. Plus, you don't have to spend money on rent anymore. You can focus on paying off the house.

arpecubha My opinion is to have a house first. Yes - the car is something you can own forever but it can break. The house, otherwise, is something yours really forever. It's always better to invest in immovable property, than movable.
