jolala I use Singulair as a daily medicine that keeps it under control. I keep Advair and Albuterol around just in case I need it. I prefer the Advair because it seems so much easier to take. I don't like the aerosol of the Albuterol!

I didn't start using them until college. My mom never taught me to clean my ears like that. I have heard that really you shouldn't do that anyway and that earwax is good for you. Do you use Qtips to clean your ears?
