How Did You Learn About Mylot?

J_Dawgs @J_Dawgs (217) • United States 26 Oct 07

Everyone had to learn about mylot somehow? How did you learn your way around? Who introduced you to it originally? Who helped you with things when you first joined? Was there anyone or did you just have to feel your way around?...

jts706 I heard about it on a money-making blog. I researched it since I am always paranoid about these types of things. It seemed like a great idea, so I joined. I really like it so far. I just figured it out as I went along.

After reading the whole book, do you still keep it?

braveheart07 @braveheart07 (2601) • Philippines 26 Oct 07

I have many books at home. Some were just given to me, others were being purchased from the book stores. I read books more often, trying to do some research as part of my profession. I have also some books that are not so...

jts706 I generally buy books at Goodwill for cheap prices, and after I read it, I rarely keep it. Sometimes I give it to a friend to read or back to Goodwill. I only keep the books that are my favorites, which aren't too many.

jts706 I have had this happen with the Harry Potter series actually. I know, perhaps I am a nerd, but they were hard for me to put down. I have also had it happen with a few other books, not too many though.

Have you ever been 'deeply hurt' by a close friend?

someonesmom @someonesmom (5761) • Canada 26 Oct 07

My week thus far, has been a mixture of 'the good and the bad.' While rejoicing in my 'pleasant surprises,' an incident took place between my daughter, and one of her 'dearest friends.' My daughter is sixteen, and has been in...

jts706 I must be one of the really lucky people so far. I haven't been deeply hurt by close friend that I can recall. Of course I have been hurt, but nothing extremely serious. I only have a few really close friends, so I guess that lowers my odds quite a bit.

jts706 There are more and more of these popping up. They are an easy source of income. However, I don't see how anyone could have that cruelty in them to do it. Money powers evil though, so they will always be around. It's good to see some action being taken against...
