Juliaacv Thanks, we both enjoy a nice cold plate on occasion. But by the time I arrange a nice relish tray and chop all of the vegetables and get all of the fixings out it is time consuming.

Already. Part of it is because I know I am not allowed to eat today. We dropped to 38 F overnight. I didn't think it was supposed to cool off that much. And it is still raining. That was an all night thing when it got started....
